Functional Analyst

Responsibilites
- Elicitation and review of business requirements
- Preparation and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements for the product
- Close collaboration with the development and QA teams, requirements presentation
- Continuous facilitation of ongoing development and QA work
- Minimization of the gap between business users and development team (serving as a primary source of knowledge about the business area and the requirements for dev and QA teams)
- Analysis of new data sources, formats and data feeds and how they impact the application
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of enterprise web applications build principles
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good knowledge of database logical modelling and data mapping
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with XML/XSD
- Fluent English
Desirable:
- Experience with UML and modelling tools
- Knowledge of investment banking or financial background
