Opis stanowiska
Job description:
- answering e-mails and phone calls
- preparing individual holiday offers ( our Portfolio includes IT, ES, FR, HR, DK, CH, AT, worldwide: NY, South Africa, Australia, Egypt etc.)
- managing requests and questions of our clients with the partners on destination
- handling of payments for the holiday reservations
Wymagania
Requirements:
- bilingual candidates (very fluent in GE or FR, IT, ES/PORT, NL, PL + English) any other language is welcome
- sales and service oriented
- flexible (possible shifts routine and weekends)
- communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
