Hedge Accounting Advisor

Main responsibilities include:
- Work in Global Hedge Accounting Centre (centre of excellence, high value specialist team, part of Bank Treasury Finance)
- Supporting locations with their Hedge Accounting ambitions
- Developing new Hedge Accounting models
- Implementing current global strategies within ING locations worldwide
- Advisory role to Bank Treasury front office teams and senior Finance stakeholders
- Preparation of technical assessments for internal and external parties
- Participation in global internal projects
From the candidates we expect:
- At least 2Y to 3Y professional experience;
- Experience/Interest in Hedge Accounting under IFRS;
- Strong analytical, creative, communication and social skills;
- Excellent writing skills in order to clearly set out concepts and to produce concise documents;
- A master degree, preferably in Auditing or in a comparable study;
- Preferable post-master degree in auditing
- Interest/affinity with IT topics and willing to invest in IT systems/knowledge relating to hedge accounting;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and writing.
- Mobility is important, as the position might require work outside Poland
