Inżynier geotechnik / Geotechnical Engineer

Job description

Area of responsibility:

• Site supervision of geotechnical investigations predominantly offshore,
• Performance or supervision of geotechnical description and laboratory testing of soil and rock samples,
• Specification of laboratory testing schedules,
• Creation of engineering reports,
• Quality control and processing of in situ testing,
• Production of borehole logs,
• Generation of design soil profiles,
• Performance of geotechnical engineering including bearing capacity calculations, piled foundation design, liquefaction assessment and pile driving analyses.

Requirements

• Geotechnical Degree level education,
• Advanced level of English,
• 2 years experience as a geotechnical engineer or similar,
• Readiness business trips: two-week business trips 4-6 times a year in different parts of the world.
