Responsibilites
- Elaborate, understand, propose, depict Risks area application landscape;
- Communicate with Risks applications stakeholders (business, IT);
- Application landscape optimization;
- Business analysis, Architecture / Integration activities;
- Business stakeholders interaction (requirements, scope).
Requirements
- Higher Education (Bachelor / Master degree)
- Good PoC preparation / presentation skills (requirements, risks, impact, etc.).
- Experience as Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in bank / finance is a must.
- Experience for Enterprise Systems (Integration, Requirements, Dev-to-Prod) creation (approach, analysis, platform choice) is a must.
- Credit Risk / Market Risk business area knowledge is a must.
- Good SDLC / IT Project Planning understanding, Waterfall / Agile approach understanding is a must.
- Strong tech background (architect / developer experience in the past) for Enterprise architecture (SOA, MessageBus, Web-Services, etc.), applications integration understanding is a must.
- Business analysis tools, technics, methodologies and best practices knowledge (UML, ERWin, BPWin, ARIS, BPMN, DFD).
- Consulting experience is highly desired;
- Programming / DBMS experience in the past is a plus.
