DUTIES
- Implementation of One2Two Strategy in the context of asset & license management
- Support for internal Carve-Out project One2Two: Asset & License Transfer to Uniper
- Asset & license data collection
- Analysis of rights of usage
- Analysis of target application architecture
- Commercial analysis of license demand (target application landscape)
- Support for internal applications managers (Clarification of license relevant topics)
- Support in negotiation with software vendors
- Preparation of all necessary license transfer documents
- Asset hand over to Uniper
REQUIREMENTS
- Business fluent in English and German - must have
- International experience in the IT sector
- Experienced license manager (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Autodesk, IBM, Client licenses)
- Proven and solid economic know-how andstrong financial background combined with technical knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Contract negotiation skills coupled with persuasiveness
- Well-developed communication skills coupled with assertiveness
