IT Specialist

Responsibilites
- Supporting IT infrastructure in office (50-100 people)
- Installation workplaces for new employees
- Solving end-users issues locally and remotely.
- Supporting local IT services (file server, print server, AD, etc)
- IT supporting local events (teleconferences, meetings)
- Trips to other offices if necessary.
- Working with corporate systems (servicedesk, svn, etc)
- Preparing specifications for purchasing IT equipment
- Preparing IT documentation.
- Communications with suppliers.
Requirements
- Hardware: good experience with end-user equipment (Laptop, PC, Monitor, Printer, IP Phone, Projector etc) Understanding of main components, Upgrade. Troubleshooting.
- Network: good knowledge’s of technologies and protocols : TCP\IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP,SSH, experience with network equipment (switches, routers, wifi access points, CISCO preferable ) Troubleshooting.
- IP telephony: basic knowledge’s of protocols software and hardware (SIP, Cisco, Asterisk)
- MS: good knowledge’s of common products (Installation, Configuring, Troubleshooting): Windows XP-8.1, Outlook, Word, Exel, Visio, Project, Experience of managing AD users(Permissions\Groups assigning etc).
- Other: SVN, other common end-user applications.
- *nix: basic knowledge’s, CLI, main commands, diagnostic tools.
- Languages:
English: necessary
Russian: optional
German: optional, good to have
