Responsibilites
Lead a team of onshore & offshore BA/SA, develop business & functional specifications. Work in Agile delivery model
Requirements
- Experience running BA teams
- Hands-on experience in collecting & eliciting requirements, writing Busines specifications conducting workshops with users etc
- Experience with BA in agile
- Banking, preferably in Reference Data or Front-office
- BA certification desirable
