Lead Developer

Zadania:

manage the IT department and drive the company alongside the CEO
handpick the members of your development team
choose the technologies the project will be based on
closely work with the CEO to shape the platform and its feature set
innovate upon the original idea with your vision and ideas

Wymagania:

several years of professional experience as Senior Developer
relevant experience as a people leader
managed multiple IT projects
ideally you have a strong interest in culture, art and music
full proﬁciency in English
