- Degree in IT or similar field
- Experience in PHP development of web applications
- Solid knowledge of eCommerce and ERP systems with at least 3 years experience in these areas
- Proven experience in creating Software Design Patterns and Test Driven Development
- Experience in leading small development teams (2-5 developers)
- Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Zend (potentially Yii), jQuery, CSS3, HTML5
- Deep knowledge of interfaces and formats: HTTP, FTP, REST, SOAP (WSDL, UDDI), XML, JSON
- Experience with development environments: Linux, Apache, SSH, SVN, Jenkins, JIRA
- Basic knowledge of implementation into BI Systems and ETL tools
- Passion for database design, software architecture and efficient code
- Ability to showcase concepts graphically and communicate them to others
- Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
