Mechanical Supervisor

Opis stanowiska

- responsible - in The Netherlands as well at the customer site - for delivery, planning and quality of all project related issues (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical)- taking care of all preparations with regards to the installing and commissioning of the machinery- supervising the variety of disciplines involved, in accordance with the organization\'s policies- daily and weekly reporting of the progress and the realizations of the planning, goals and contractual obligations- first point of contact for the customer during building of the machinery- analyzing and solving disturbances- recommends and implements improvement and optimalization of work methods- communicate and reports new experiences and findings within his profession- responsible for realizing the project targets- taking care of proper and essential documentation during the buildup and operational phase- directly supervises the production personnel employed by the customer

Wymagania

- bachelor degree (Mechanical) and more then 5 years experience in a similar role- working knowledge of the following disciplines: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical- administrative knowledge and capabilities with regard to control planning and leading of logistics processes- outstanding social and communicative skills- team builder and leadership capabilities- good working knowledge of the English and German language verbal and written- basic PC knowledge (office, mail and internet)- candidates should be prepared for assignments up to six months abroad (The Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey)
