Job description:
- Delivering technical support during core hours for managed network devices
- Planning, assessment and implementation of change requests
- Designing security solutions from an engineering perspective based on identified requirements
- Documenting security solutions to support their operationalization
- Defining and embedding consistent operational processes to supporton-going activities, driving improvements where issues are identified
- Assisting incident resolution teams to restore service in complexcross-technology environments
- Assuring restrictive access is enforced according to the company'ssecurity policy and granting approved access at request
Requirements:
- At least few years ofexperience in supporting large, complex Networks and Hosting Environments usingmultiple technologies
- Knowledge of NetworkManagement (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
- Strong Experience of CiscoASA Firewall and Cisco Nexus/Catalyst switches
- Good understanding andpractical experience with Cisco UCS and VMware
- Good understanding of Datacenternetworking and F5 Global/Local Traffic Manager
- Strong analytical anddocumentation skills
- Professional level qualification/certification i.e. and/or degree level education
- ITIL V3 awareness willbe an advantage
- Very good English language skills (both written and spoken)
