Responsibilites
- Responsible for leading the business strategy through implementing "best in class" processes and operations functions;
- Review of the end to end processes and the implementation;
- Accountable for the delivery of significant procurement cost savings;
- Delivery of Operations programmes to time and budget, whilst ensuring that the identified benefits are tracked and achieved;
- Translating the strategic business plans into well-defined operational plans to meet business objectives;
- Planning, building & nurturing the infrastructure, resources, leadership & processes for delivery of the annual plan.
- Installing proper operational structure to support location development
- Controlling key operational KPIs for location
- Coordinating Company's corporate services
- Building relations with government organizations and third parties
- Identifying and managing country risks
- Driving key corporate initiatives in the location
Requirements
- Previous experience building corporate back-office operations
- Significant experience of delivering major change programmes
- Previous experience of contract negotiation and supplier management
- Previous experience of security and compliance functions essential
- Good negotiation skills and management of external partners and suppliers
- Knowledge and experience of leading teams
- Ability to engage and influence at Senior Management levels
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation providing services into the business units
- Strong organisational skills - ability to align to needs of the business
- Highly effective and flexible communication skills
- Has commercial acumen and understands P&L account
