P2P Team Leader
Position purpose
We are looking for a P2P Team Leader who is ready to lead Procure 2 Pay Team and will be responsible for the direction and success of the team.
Main accountabilities
- Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLA/KPI
- Manages a Team of P2P Specialists
- Ensures the implementation and adherence to the agreed P2P policies
- Acts as first point of escalation for P2P
- Provides mentoring to P2P Specialists
- Establishes and develops relationships with major Suppliers
- Ensures team targets are met
- Develop strategies and solutions for problematic suppliers
Candidate’s profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in P2P (Payment, VMD, T&E)
- Experience in leadership
- Goal orienteted skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Very good communication skills and client-focus attitude
- Teamwork approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with change
