Today we are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join our team in Lithuania (Poland & Baltics Region)
- Develop and implement P&C strategy in accordance with ISS group and region policies and procedures;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Acting as a partner to management team members while finding and adapting best solutions for the specific business unit;
- Building relations and connections with ISS group and region sharing best practices;
- Develop and monitor P&C strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the LT ISS organization;
- Oversee and manage a performance management cycle system that drives high performance;
- Managing P&C Team Members;
- Constantly questioning status quo and searching for new ideas to create additional value to the company.
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Proven track record of successful human resources management experience in a managerial role - not less than 5 years, preferably in services industry and/or international environment;
- Experience working in a matrix organization;
- Excellent Lithuanian and very good English language knowledge (speaking/writing/reading) for daily communication with the region and ISS group;
- Hands on approach, willingness to take initiative;
- Experience of working with HR administration programs will be an advantage;
- Driving a positive operational culture and engaged workforce;
- Proven ability to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels;
- Ability to work with high level of ambiguity;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office;
- Polish language knowledge will be an advantage.
