Zadania:
further development of effective IT-systems
compose functional specifications/technical solution concepts based on the divisions' specification books
in due consideration to business processes, you supervise the IT-technical implementation in cooperation with internal and external development partners
supervision and guidance of the division with regards to IT-subjects (IT-concept development and IT-method development, technology advice, application support (second-level))
administration and problem-solving within the MES area in close cooperation with all co-workers necessary to secure undisturbed operations
strategic development of the IT-systems with regards to optimizing the engineering- and production process chain in close cooperation with all co-workers necessary
plan, arrange and possibly conduct application training courses within the scope of the IT-systems
supervision of trainees and interns
Wymagania:
professional training as IT Specialist /Application Development or comparable qualification, several years of work experience
production process-driven mentality and course of action
experience within the scope of shipbuilding would be an asset
cooperative personality, communication skills and team spirit, as well as commitment, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
good English skills are required orally and in writing
