Project Management Assistant

DUTIES
- Close interaction andcollaboration within the project organization across multiple sites
- Tracking of actuals on aweekly basis, including timesheet creation, timesheet completion compliance,and timesheet approval compliance
- Performing weekly statusand Earned Value based metrics reporting at the project and team-level
- Supporting the resourcemanagement, such as demand / supply tracking and maintenance of the teamrooster, incl. reporting of roll-ons, roll-offs, overtime, and resourceutilization
- Supporting deliverablesmanagement, support deliverable approval process and maintain the deliverablesrepository
- Supporting Work Plan generation
REQUIREMENTS
- First experience in thedelivery of IT-projects
- Proven experience withdynamic planning, resource levelling and progress tracking
- Experience with milestonemanagement
- Basic knowledge in thecapital markets area
- Critical thinking includingthe ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Very good English (min. B2)
- Open-minded personality
- High attention to detail
