All duties relating to the recruitment process;
Advertising internally and externally all vacant job roles
CV and candidate screening
Issuing technical tests
Scheduling interviews
Communicating candidate feedback
Issuing offers
Database administration ensuring all data collected is relevant and up to date
Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
Using external recruiting tools such as Linkedin, E Financials, StackOverflow and others to full capacity
Working with the internal marketing team for job postings to twitter and other social media outlets
Working with external agencies to see candidates through the process, managing expectations on both sides
Minute taking for regular meetings and following up with actions.
Essential:
1 years Recruitment experience (Agency or Internal)
Effective time management skills
Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work both as part of a team and on one’s own initiative
Driven and tenacious self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Focused on accuracy, with strong attention to detail
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent business acumen
