Zadania:
- apply and develop measurement methodologies on vehicle level, to evaluatethe passive valve technologies bysetting objective performance criteria,
- work closely together with the CAE/simulation engineers to establish asufficient level of correlation between simulation models and measured data,
- data processing and generating reports, prepare management and customerpresentations when applicable,
- analyze results, take conclusions and thinks about design improvements,
- take a lead to develop generic design rules and guidelines, that serveas input for new development projects,
- support benchmarking activities to evaluate and measure competitiontechnologies and compare with company's technologies,
- present on regular basis to the project team and other stakeholders andOE customers.
Wymagania:
- willing to work and live in Belgium,
- master or PhD degree in mechanical orelectro-mechanical engineering,
- solid technical and mechanical understanding,
- min. 3 years of experience in an equivalent position,
- strong analytical and creative approach, determinationto find solutions, results oriented,
- experience in vehicle dynamics in the automotiveindustry is an advantage,
- experience with software packages such as Carsim,Carmaker, Adams, Simpack or LMS Imagine.Lab, Matlab/Simulink is an advantage,
- stress-resistance,
- focus on customer,
- good communication skills and able to operateindependent within a team structure.
- prepared to make occasional business trips,
- good knowledge of English is mandatory, German is anadvantage.
