- Handle guest requests in an efficient and courteous manner
- Full knowledge of venue layout/seats and offering over all complex to ensure guest is directed to best outlets for their needs, while not overcrowding any one outlet or section more than the order
- Monitor Guest satisfaction and assist team members to achieve guest highest expectations
- All telephone calls or reservation by phone must be answered promptly within 3 rings
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
- Great communication skills & a very good level of English
- Excellent at taking information from guests and convey information to chefs, clearly noting all guests requests and allergies if any.
- Minimum 1-year experience in similar job role
