Opis stanowiska
You’ll be a member of Services Operation Team, responsible for operating clients network and security service (multi-layer infrastructure of firewalls and VPN, DNS infrastructure and authentication servers).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex and challenging infrastructures in the domain of Security
- Participate in the layer 2 support in the team
- Participate actively in Health checks for seeking issues before they impact production (Proactive analysis)
- Prepare and execute projects (Releases)
- Contribute to the delivery of projects (Transition)
- Propose and contribute to technical improvement plans
- Develop tools to automate alerting, incident, request management
- Ensure compliance (in operations and projects)
- Insure client satisfaction
- Interact and co-operate with vendors
- Contribute actively to Teams synergy
- On-call permanence during nights or weekends (about 1 week every 5 weeks)
Wymagania
- University degree in computer sciences or equivalent
- Internet technologies : DNS, HTTP, SSL, IPSEC, TCP, UDP, IP.
- Security Technologies :
- Firewalls: Checkpoint, Fortinet and Juniper firewalls
- Proxy/ reverse proxy: Bluecoat
- DNS: Bind
- Remote Access : Pulsecure
- IP network principle (switching/routing)
- Bash/Perl or Python Scripting
- Security Certification is considered as an advantage
- Experience in delivering in a production environment is considered as an advantage
