Senior Business Analyst / Senior Functional/System Analyst

Responsibilites
- Support in Business and Functional Analysis in context of the project.
- BAs must be able to perform a requirement analysis to integrate a new ordersystem in DB IT landscape.
- FAs must be able to transfer the requirement results into functional concepts.
- Specific analysis support is mainly needed in following areas: Order entry functions, Order validation functions (including asset position check), Order control functions, Order/Trade reporting systems, Special order functions (e.g. subscription rights, initial public offering), Order routing functions, Order monitoring and order reconciliation functions *Deliverables are Project Requirement Documents and Detailed Service Requirement Specifications on the above mentioned subjects (including analyses, reviews, approval of depending Project Requirement Documents, documentation in internal application lifecycle management, support in QA / testing)
Requirements
Depending on cadidate, proposed position can combine Business Analyst (BA)/ Functional Analys (FA) roles or cover one of them.
Skills required for BA:
- Experience in Banking Finance for 3+ years as BA/FA
- Experience in retail order business is a plus including order routing, order management, order validation, order control, order/trade reporting, order reconciliation
- Knowledge of exchange processes (Xetra, Xontro, Xitaro) is a plus
- Soft Skills: Discrete thinking and acting on assigned subjects, very good communication skills (dealing with business and technical resources),
- Teamplayer
- Language Skills: German + English (advanced / fluent)
Skills required for FA:
- Experience in Banking Finance for 3+ years as BA/FA
- Experience in retail order business is a plus including order routing, order management
- Software development experience in the past as a plus
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Operating systems: LINUX, AIX, and other UNIX derivate
- pdv DECIDE is a plus
- JAVA experience / understanding
- COBOL experience is a plus
- SQL knowledge is a plus (basic as must)
- Databases experience: ORACLE, DB2, IMS-DB is a plus
- Mainframe and midrange platforms experience as plus
- Web tech experience and understanding: JSF, JSP, (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Servlet, Applet, SSL, SOAP, WSDL, SOA, JAXB is a plus

The project is relative to business critical solution in area of order management and routing and includes:
- Implementation of a new standard software for order routing and order managment (Thirdparty purchased software). The bank purchased the software (pdv DECIDE).
- Order management functions shall initially be used only for a specific client group.
- In parallel to the implementation of the order mangement functions, order routing shall be processed via DECIDE for all client groups using the current order system.
- Replacement of order routing connectivity to external markets and internal trading systems is also a part of project scope.
