Supplier will perform "RTB & Lifecycle Support" for named applications. This will include
Hotfix-Ability (ability to deploy an application Hotfix to Production in case of an Incident)
Performing the "Deployment"-Service for Hotfix-Deployments as part of "RTB & Lifecycle Support" (meaning Deployments related to/for the fix of Production Incidents, especially "Emergency Changes") SME-Support in Incident- and Problem-Management for Production-Issues (Deployment Specialist, Ora-
cle Specialist) to DB and other DB Service Providers named by DB as well
On-Call-Support during Non-Service-Hours covering SME-Support and Hotfix-Ability/-Deployment on
DB request
Conduction of Security-Patches as defined by DB TRM
Facilitate audit remediation / Planning and coordinating compliance related activities
Tracking & Renewal of all application relevant dbPKI-certificates, incl. the execution of all necessary
certificate-related application changes
SME-Support for EBS and AO in daily business Provide Single Point of Contact for EBS and AO On-boarding of new applications to EBS support
from RFP:
> 10 years of Deployment experience
Oracle WebLogic specialist
> 5 years JEE experience
> 5 years project management or PMO expe- rience
Supplier Oracle Skill Profile
> 10 years of Oracle experience OCP Certification Level
Expert in Oracle platform migration and Or- acle database tuning
regular CM requirements at Luxoft:
- At least 1 year of configuration/release management (or similar) experience
- Good written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken German
- Experience with SQL and database maintenance (preferably ORACLE)
- Experience with Windows operating system
- Experience with Unix operating system
- Experience with application servers (WebLogic, TomCat)
- Candidate should have proactive behavior and strong problem solving skills
