Responsibilites
- Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment;
- Generate significant levels of personal billings (focus on senior management level primarily in IT and automotive area);
- Networking to attract new candidates who potential could become your clients;
- Building relationships internally and externally;
- Source suitable candidates (either from a database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client;
- Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding.
Requirements
- Experienced high level consultant with expertise in IT sector;
- Natural sales ability and a hunter mentality;
- Highly ambitious, and keen to progress;
- Be self-motivated;
- A track record of building a significant candidate pool;
- Be looking to work in a high performance culture with very agile team.
