Responsibilites
Identify, develop and manage client business/relationships in a competitive environment;
Generate significant levels of personal billings (focus on senior management level primarily in IT and automotive area);
Networking to attract new candidates who potential could become your clients;
Building relationships internally and externally;
Source suitable candidates (either from a database or specific advertising campaign) and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client;
Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding.
Requirements
Experienced high level consultant with expertise in IT sector;
Natural sales ability and a hunter mentality;
Highly ambitious, and keen to progress;
Be self-motivated;
A track record of building a significant candidate pool;
Be looking to work in a high performance culture with very agile team.
