Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

Zadania:

be part of a Scrum team that focuses on products
full stack development from database to browser
design, develop and maintain a leading in-game advertising and monetization platform based on Rubyon Rails
mentor and coach other developers leading the team to successful results
help identify new technologies and techniques to improve apps and system processes

Wymagania:

passionate about software development
experience driving professional Ruby on Rails projects in an Agile environment
experience in software development
experience with Ruby on Rails
strong testing background (TATFT)
experience with Git
object oriented design skills
proactiveness and aget-things-done mentality
coaching skills
