Skills Required:
24x7 technical support
assessing issues and provide solutions for problems
keep an eye on the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications.
Inform customers about incident progress and notify them about updates for Service Requests.
Experience in Office 365
Experienced in a Service Desk environment
Ability cope with constantly changing flow of traffic, remain productive during passive periods as well as stay focused while handling stressful situations.
Good communication skills
Expert use of MS Office Suite
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Speak any of those languages: German/Slovak/French/Dutch
Fluent English
