DUTIES
- Administrating production and test environments
- Monitoring and reporting performance data for server systems
- Identifying malfunctions
- Implementing new solutions at customer sites
- Creating, testing, and implementing changes to system components
- Preparing the technical documentation for implemented solutions
- Developing and implementing pre-production and test environments according to the standards for production environments
- Active cooperation with employees from other departments
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in IT
- English proficiency of C1 according to the CEFR
- German language – nice to have
- At least one of the following certificates:
- SAP Sybase Certified Professional
- Oracle Certified Professional (for MySQL and Oracle)
- RHCSA and RHCE or RHCSA and LFCE
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- CCNP and/or
- MCSE Messaging and MCSA Server
- Knowledge of ITIL Best Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Excellent teaming skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to expand existing and gain new knowledge
