Opis stanowiska
Heading up our technical development team, you will be responsible for developing Company strategy regarding existing and new raw materials, creating innovative, cutting edge formulations, providing guidance and support to our sales teams, producing trends presentations and showcasing our new ingredients in innovative formulations. Half of your time will be spent on technical raw material evaluations and formulation development, laboratory based investigations and developing sales strategy for the products and the other half on communication of results to the customers, suppliers and sales teams in the UK and Poland.Wymagania
You will have a scientific education, be passionate about cosmetic products and formulation development, have high energy, determination and commitment to succeed, hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel worldwide. A strong track record of success within a cosmetic/toiletries laboratory environment is essential, along with excellent project management and communication skillsOferujemy
