DUTIES
To perform Windows server Physical To Physical (P2P) migrations during DC Move project and provide the professional services required to cope with the extra load generated
The service should cover the technical preparation and execution tasks for the Windows server migrations categorized as Physical to Physical (P2P)
In addition, the service should also cover all tasks related with the maintenance of Windows server components: Windows Server administration (Incident, Request, Change, Configuration and Problem management regarding any Windows server managed by Windows Operations group)
2nd Level support for Windows servers managed by Windows Operations group
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in IT Technologies or equivalent work experience with 3+ year of experience in windows operations
Very good general understanding of server and OS technologies (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012)
Experience configuring HP components
Knowledge of ITIL as a model for Operations support
Ability to work closely within small and virtual teams
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Flexible working hours
