DUTIES
- To perform Windows server Physical To Physical (P2P) migrations during DC Move project and provide the professional services required to cope with the extra load generated
- The service should cover the technical preparation and execution tasks for the Windows server migrations categorized as Physical to Physical (P2P)
- In addition, the service should also cover all tasks related with the maintenance of Windows server components: Windows Server administration (Incident, Request, Change, Configuration and Problem management regarding any Windows server managed by Windows Operations group)
- 2nd Level support for Windows servers managed by Windows Operations group
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in IT Technologies or equivalent work experience with 3+ year of experience in windows operations
- Very good general understanding of server and OS technologies (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012)
- Experience configuring HP components
- Knowledge of ITIL as a model for Operations support
- Ability to work closely within small and virtual teams
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Flexible working hours
