The responsibilities of a Researcher will include:
- Developing potential candidates through a combination of 'desk research' (internet, databases etc) and telephone networking;
- Approaching Senior level candidates directly by telephone, a 'head-hunt', during which you will both encourage interest in the role, develop a rapport with the candidate and asses the individual's suitability;
- Building your knowledge of given industry sectors, providing market intelligence to the consulting team, as well as sourcing relevant information on clients and sectors to facilitate pitches and proposals;
- Providing salary and reward analysis, plus detailed research work, direct to clients.
