Accounting and reporting
*Responsible for day to day accounting and finance operations in OEBS in accordance with IFRS (working in AR, AP, FA and Project costing modules). *Development of accounting methodology and its application in OEBS. *Transition of local accounting from Sage to OEBS *Maintain and supervise documents flow and ensure their accuracy and sufficiency *Fast closing (5 working days) and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for two companies *Coordination of work of External payroll providers and income tax calculation providers. *Provision of standard set of reports including analytical overview of PL on a monthly basis.
Compliance
*Ensure Timely and accurate payment of applicable taxes, contributions, charges, etc. and submission of related reporting of Company *Monitor, control and update of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance to Luxoft’s internal regulations and US GAAP Group policies. *Active involvement in creation of new accounting policies and internal instructions *Deal with tax Manager of the Luxoft Group and related governmental authorities; *Management of relationship with external auditors
Budgeting and Analysis
*Allocation of salary and other expenses by project and budget items in accordance with Company’s structure *GM analysis by projects upon demand of Luxoft HQ *Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management. *Assist in budget preparation and operational planning
Treasury
*Liaise and work with Treasury department of Luxoft, prepare operational Cash flow reports and forecasts on a monthly basis
SOX 404 compliance
*Cooperation with SOX department and assistance in processes description updates. *Proactive identification of internal control issues
OEBS experienced user is a big plus
ACCA/ACA/CIMA etc qualified or close to completion
Experience of working in large multi-location organization
Good knowledge of Excel (pivots, macros, etc)
