• Should have good knowledge of investment bank
• Good communication and People skills
• Must have accounting knowledge
• Should have worked on complex Workflows
• Two or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry
• Accomplished in using best practices for gathering and documenting complete and detailed requirements
• Experience with Financials Analysis process preferred
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
• Ability to work as firefighter in project
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Strong technical understanding *Oracle experience is a big plus

It is Risk Technology Reporting System. Main business usage is regulatory reports.

• Methodology for the calculation of risk figures
• Reporting requirements
• Correct and fast retrieving input data
• Combination of the above (e.g. new calculation requires new input data and produces new reporting fields)
