Job description:
- Governance of all Hosting Change Requests, ensuring all pieces of information has been provided, recorded and assigned to appropriate resource areas
- Approving Routine & Emergency hosting changes and controlling achange status
- Working closely with resource engineers to validate changes and ensureprogression in a change life cycle
- Raising new changes and governing these changes throughout the change life cycle
- Dealing with queries/approvals that enter the Hosting Change Managementmail box in a timely manner
- Chairing the Customer Advisory Board to ensure that resource is provided to plan and execute changes within an internal SLA
- Interacting with resource engineers and customers on a daily basis
- Managing major Hosting Incidents
- Undertaking incident reporting and post-incident reviews
- Undertaking service assurance and continuous service improvement activities for Hosting customers
Requirements:
- Experience within Change Management or Incident Management
- Understanding of Change Management process and systems
- Understanding of IT& Hosting Technology
- Experience in Incident Management
- MCSE/Cisco certification
