HR Specialist with Polish
Location: Bukareszt

Main tasks:
- contact with Clients in Polish regarding queries via email or telephone,
- compensation and benefits, procedures & policy interpretation, employee data changes, HR systems, contractual information, payroll details,
- cooperation with third parties, managing personel, and experts,
- employment verification and documents management,
- preparing reports and files in timely manner,
- using the HR tools to ensure high quality of HR service.
Requirements:
- fluent knowledge of Polish and English languages,
- minimum 1 year of experience in the field of HR/ payroll,
- ability to work stationary in Romania,
- knowlegde of payroll and HR procedures,
- ability to work in Bucharest.
