Internship – Live Game Tester (Bug Reporting) (m/f)

Job description
In our live bug analysis department you will test our live games, write bug reports and act as the link to Customer Service, Community Management, and our developers. The internship is ideal for a co-op program or as a work placement between leaving school and making the next step in your career – it is a great entry point to get into the gaming industry. This is a paid internship that will last at least 5 months.
An internship as a Live Game Tester (Bug Reporting) (m/f) is the perfect starting point for jobs in the gaming industry.
Your job:
- Review and reproduce all bugs that arise in our live games and write bug reports
- Act as a point of contact for Community Management and our developers regarding all reported bugs
- Use your expert knowledge of our browser and mobile games to answer questions from your colleagues and assist them
- Compile statistics about responses from customer surveys and posts from forums
Requirements
Your profile:
- Extremely high quality standards and good technical understanding, as well as very good analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and communicative
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Passionate about (online) games
- Highly self-motivated, passionate about the gaming industry and its dynamism, and enthusiastic about working in an friendly team
