- Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Aid in the accurate creation, processing, and booking of Corporate Actions events.
- Ensure timely client notification, instructions handling, and cash and stock bookings.
- Monitor and reconcile Corporate Actions events, addressing any related issues under senior guidance.
- Min 1 year experience in Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of securities markets and corporate reorganizations (e.g., mergers).
- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging, particularly MT56x Corporate Actions.
- Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
