We are providing the support with relocation and offering German employment contract.
- Fluent in German (level C1/C2) in speaking and writing, communicative knowledge of English
- 2-4 years of experience in IT area (preferably experience working on Customer site)
- Technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac) and software to troubleshoot applications or fully rebuild a PC
- IT knowledge to address hardware Tickets for In Scope Equipment, PCs, laptops, phones, iPads, SIM cards, peripherals
- Strong communication skills to provide the best Customer Service
- Handle service requests and incidents related to computer equipment services, Break & Fix and Hands & Eyes Support
- Initiate repair process for warrantied devices with vendor (ticket opening) configuration management database item info update
- Providing disposal services (including decommissioning, packaging, transporting and physical disposal or recycling if required)
- Conduct handovers of devices to end users (including knowledge transfer and familiarization)
- Have a full awareness of service level KPI’s
- Work in accordance with suppliers and customer’s rules and regulations for the purposes of
health and safety - Ensuring all work is delivered consistently and in accordance with scope of work
