On a day-to-day basis it includes the management of analysis & documention requirements; utilizing Excelians near-shore team and managing the quality assurance of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of functional / technical workstreams in large and technically challenging OpenLink implementations.
Knowledge sharing/training: ensuring consultants are equipped with the experience and skills to meet client requirements.
Management and supervision of a team of consultants, including objective setting and appraisal.
Recruitment and interviewing of potential candidates.
Track record leading and delivering project workstreams using Openlink's Endur / Findur software
Strong business knowledge of either:
Treasury products (Bonds, Repos, IRS)
And/or Precious Metals
And/or Energy (Power, Gas, Oil, Coal)
Thorough understanding of front to back trade lifecycle (Front office, Risk (var), P&L, Settlement, and reconciliation) in Endur/Findur
Knowledge of instrument configuration and customisation
Able to demonstrate deep understanding of the various Openlink modules, their functionality and configuration thereof
Thorough understanding of the trade life-cycle and responsibilities of front-, middle- and back-office
Technical skills including:
AVS/JVS scripting
Java
.Net
SQL; experience with OpenComponents desirable
Other skills:
In-depth knowledge of P&L attribution and risk management
Able to communicate with impact, with a strong command of written English
