The Cherrywood Customer Service Centre is a Global Business Unit within Covidien. It is a multi-national centre covering 16 markets with 21 different nationalities. Customer orders are received by phone, fax or email with over 4,000 orders received and processed on a daily basis with a weekly order value of $37 million.
Customer Service Representative's principle accountabilities:
- Efficiently managing customer queries and orders
- Management of the customer account
- Processing orders to high standards of quality
- Contributing to process improvements whenever possible
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent knowledge of German in addition to English
- Customer service experience
- A Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
