Specifically we are looking to fill the following positions all located in our headquarter near Munich/Germany:
You will be part of our global development and innovation team. You will be in a central position to manage one or several of our R&D projects. In this task you are leading and coordinating a team composed of people having a large variety of expertise ranging from typical lab work to application technology up to hands on printing technicians. Early integration of the respective commercial teams is essential to run developments with a close contact to the market. As project team members can be located in various parts of the world the candidate should appreciate to lead and work in an international environment. The ideal candidate has a strong and integrative personality and several years of professional experience. The background should be chemistry or chemical engineering. Approaching and solving problems systematically is one of your key capabilities. Fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of the German language is desired.
