QA Supervisor

SCOPE OF THE POSITION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work together to manage the corporate Quality System as delegated by the QA TT & Deviations Head.
SPECIFIC TASKS/PRIMARY ACTIVITIES:
In relation to the Department requirements and based on the instructions of the QA TT & DeviationsManager, work directly in the operative contexts listed below and manage the assigned resources for these activities, which he/she supervises:
- Corporate quality complaints, defining contingent solutions and plans of action that avoid the recurrence of problems raised
- Drafting the Annual Product Review
- Deviation and Investigation Management regarding quality issues
- Managing the CAPA system deriving from quality investigations
- Preparing periodic quality trends for Management and to share with Corporate
- Support for Operational Excellence initiatives
- Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry or another scientific discipline
- GMP Regulations (EU, USA)
- MS Office Package
- 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in QA or Pharmaceutical Production
- Plus at least 5 years of leadership experience
- Fluent English
