- Provide full and complete legal guidance and support to the German business with regard to commercial contracts and day to day business activities
- Promote good practice across the German business in terms of contract management processes, intellectual property protection and all general legal requirements including works council activities.
- Identify opportunities for and conduct training on all areas of legal and compliance policy
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring and policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide support with respect to disputes and assist the Divisional General Counsel and Head of Legal and Compliance, Germany in imminent or pending litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters
- Report directly to the Global head of Legal
- Qualified attorney in German law
- Excellent English and German language skills (verbal and written)
- Professional experience, gained in the IT or services business of a company or law firm
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our German operations based at our German Headquarters in Stuttgart. This position will provide full and complete legal guidance and support to the German business with regard to commercial contracts and day to day business activities.
Due to a sustained period of growth for our German operations and we require an experienced Lawyer to join our team and lead legal activities specifically for German. This person will be an integral part of our business that will ensure optimum best practice legal activities. As part of the role this person will have daily communication with our international offices and a close relationship with our global headquarters in Switzerland as well and senior stake holder in Germany..
