HR Specialist

Responsibilites
- Manages HR personnel administration (preparation up to termination of individual labor contracts, additional acts, transfers), also in view of Works Council matters
- Certifies compliance with local labor legislation. Acts as first contact for employees in view of all personnel issues.
- Implements the compensation & benefits program.
- Completes monthly payroll for all employees, in close contact with external accountant. Responds to management and employees pay related questions. Provides reports to accounting department.
- Performs human resources related activities to include supporting recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding efforts.
- Manages new hire mood monitoring, probationary period evaluations, annual performance reviews, 360 degree assessments, risks and values.
- Conducts exit interviews and gather feedback to be used in improving retention and HR programs.
- Supports organizing annual employee opinion surveys. Prepares statistics and analyses.
- Supports in scheduling and coordination of company events.
Requirements
- 3 years of HR administration oriented experience;
- Detailed knowledge of local labor law, experience in personnel administration and payroll, taxes and social security regulations;
- Strong knowledge and experience in following areas: retention, engagement, development, total rewards, employees relations;
- Good understanding of multinational environment;
- Excellent communication abilities;
- Foreign language — fluency in written and spoken English;
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook.
