Zadania:
rekrutacja z bardzo dobrą znajomością języka polskiego
dobra znajomość języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego
prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych przez telefon lub Skype
tworzenie profili kandydatów
tworzenie ogłoszeń i umieszczanie ich w różnych mediach
komunikowanie się z kandydatami przez telefon i e-mail
wsparcie przy organizacji transferu
obsługa bazy danych
Wymagania:
dużej przyjemności w komunikacji
dobrej znajomości języka polskiego lub rumuńskiego
jeśli to możliwe, doświadczenia w zakresie rekrutacji personelu
biegłego posługiwania się komputerem, smartfonem, MS-Office, mediami społecznościowymi
dużej zdolności do samodzielnej pracy
dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego lub angielskiego
